FAQ's
FAQ's - Our most frequently asked
questions...
What is the first step?
Contact us by phone, email or the registration form. We will schedule a "meet &
greet" with you and your pets. During this meeting, we will discuss your pets
and their routines and habits, as well as any special needs they may have. There
will be a small amount of paper work to complete. At this meeting, you will
provide me with two copies of your house keys. Clients can choose to have their
keys returned to them at the end of the scheduled service or I will keep the
keys in a secure location for future visits.
Can we trust you?
Absolutely! I am insured and bonded. I personally do all pet sitting and dog
walking visits. My reputation is very important to me. I hope to establish
clients who will want to use my services again and again.
What happens if you are in
an accident and cannot care for my pets?
I have arranged for my sister to fill in for me if an emergency occurred. You
will be contacted and informed of the situation. My sister will provide your
pets with the same quality of care. She is aware of my procedures and will make
sure everything goes as planned.
What happens if you
schedule a 45 minute visit to walk my dog and it is raining?
I will still visit your home to give your pet a potty break and some playtime. I
will be sure to play with them inside, brush their coat, rub their belly and
give them lots of love.
How do I make payment?
New clients are required to pay prior to the first service. Established clients
will receive an invoice upon their return. Invoices must be paid within 10 days
of receipt. For Dog Walking services clients will receive an invoice at the end
of the month. We accept cash or check or major credit cards for payment. Please
make checks payable to "
".
Do you charge extra for
holidays?
Yes, there is a 10.00 fee for Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day, Fourth of July,
Memorial Day and Labor Day.
Do you have references?
